BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
About the role
The Business Development Director will be in charge of meeting the Company’s revenue
targets. The person will develop and implement the sales plan for achievement of set
sales target and future business development. The role will also be responsible for
revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Formulate strategic plan for achievement of Company’s set revenue goals
2. Develop sales objectives and ensure they are communicated with relevant teams
in the company
3. Build long‐term relationships with customers to understand their current and
future business needs
4. Represent the company at events such as conferences, expos, exhibitions and
other network events
5. Provide quarterly and annual reports to the Board of Directors on the
achievement of the set departmental objectives
6. Regularly review the sales plan and advise on changes where necessary
7. Provide guidance on industry specific trends that would affect current and future

8. Develop plans for management of customer relations for existing and new
customers
9. Develop annual budgets for supporting sales and business development activities

Requirements

Role Description
The role involves management of business relationship with key accounts at the company. It also involves developing new business from existing clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Constant communication with existing customers ensuring their experience with company remains positive at all times
2. Strive to give individualized attention to each customer by understanding their individual and unique needs and ensuring that they are met by the company
3. Develop and implement initiatives for increasing customer satisfaction and retention
4. Manage customers’ expectations especially in case of service delivery disruptions and works with all teams to resolve such situations quickly
5. Manage the contracting process of existing and new customers ensuring SLA obligations are met by all the parties

Role Description
Primary responsibility involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving software applications as per the customers’ requirements. It also involves creating documentation for work done.
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

2. Developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications by analyzing user requirements and converting requirements to solutions.

3. Design and implement features for maximum shared code, testability, and performance

4. Automate any repetitive development task to create efficiency within the team

5. Prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as required for applications developed including release notes, code comments, commit messages, task notes

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field/Professional software development experience

  3. Knowledge of Collections, Threads, Exception handling, Log4j, JDBC
  4. Knowledge of application development using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
