Role Overview

The Sales Manager – Emerging Markets will support the expansion of the company’s presence across high-growth and underserved regions by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, engaging prospects, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within emerging markets to achieve sales targets
  • Implement sales plans and strategies for market entry and growth
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, proposals, and requests
  • Maintain an updated database of client interactions and sales activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Identify upcoming tenders, pre-qualifications, and procurement opportunities
  • Support the preparation and submission of proposals and tender documents
  • Provide feedback on customer insights to support product and service improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, finance, and marketing) to develop competitive solutions and pricing
