Your duties and responsibilities will comprise of:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Business and Commercial Director and Business team as required
  • Organize meetings for the Business Teams, take minutes and share with the relevant teams
  • Assist in planning for product presentations and demonstration with internal teams on behalf of the Account Managers and Business Developers
  • Monitor upcoming tenders, pre-qualifications, and procurement opportunities relevant to the company.
  • Prepare detailed responses to technical questions and clarify any ambiguities in tender requirements.
  • Draft, edit, format and compile tender technical sections and documents for tender submissions while ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
  • Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information.

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within targeted banks.
