Your duties and responsibilities will comprise of:
- Developing the sales plan and strategy for the company’s new markets
- Build key customer relations, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals
- Understand and convey complex customer requirements on both business and technical levels and provide solutions that translate into business for the company
- Work with finance and technology departments in pricing of solutions to ensure fairness to customers and profitability for the Company
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures and give sales reports to management on a monthly basis
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products

Role Description
The role has responsibility of installing, configuring and managing information systems at the company. He/she provides technical support for both software and hardware to the users.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware and networks
- Set up users’ accounts and workstations
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with company policies
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues which users encounter
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues identified or reported
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Install, configure as well as maintain storage and backup hardware inclusive of physical and virtual tape libraries or drives along with disk storage targets.
- Involved in data backup and recovery.
